FULL EVENT PLANNING

Our full planning package is designed for the busy families / individuals / couples, the “client”, who want personal guidance and assistance planning every detail of their desired event. This package includes the following key services within our standard service areas and upon confirmation of our service agreement.


  • Unlimited phone and email communication with the client
  • Upto 3 in-person client meetings (includes upto 3 venue visits with client) 
  • Budget preparation, allocation and management in consultation with client
  • Detailed event-day timeline and event production schedule 
  • Appropriate Venue searching and negotiations 
  • Curating appropriate event vendors as per our vendor engagement services
  • Attend vendor meetings and negotiate prices on behalf of the client 
  • Provide creative ideas to help personalize your day (theme, décor, entrance)
  • Support with obtaining any permits like SOP, Park Permits etc. 
  • Reception layouts and seating plans 


Our full event planning fee will be based on the type of event and client requirements. Pricing is dependent on the event scope, desired outcome, location(s), services, venue amenities, time of year and guest count. We are happy to provide a custom estimate for our services to our Clients.

“Day-of-Event Coordination” 



DAY-OF EVENT COORDINATION (most popular)

Our Day-of-Event Coordination is one of our most popular add-on services. Impress your guest with the presence of a dedicated team to manage your event day while you enjoy your party with your friends and family. This package is designed for individuals who have done most of their event planning/designing including all venue and vendor selections but are looking for someone to help with last minute details, vendor coordination and manage the day of the event. This package includes the following key services within our standard service areas and upon confirmation of our service agreement. 


  • Unlimited phone and email communication with the client  
  • 2 in-person planning meetings (4 weeks / 2 weeks prior to event) 
  • 1 in-person walk-through at the selected venue with the client 
  • A complete review of all contracts and plans in place and identify any gaps 
  • Provide any last-minute event design and décor recommendation, if needed
  • Follow up with all vendors hired by the client for the event 
  • 10 hours on-site presence of one certified lead planner plus one assistant
  • Manage all vendors on event day to ensure their compliance to agreements 
  • On-site setup by putting out place cards, favours, menus, easel etc.
  • Welcome and greet the guests, and assist them to their seating area 
  • Manage event schedule and address any issues in a professional manner 


Our Day-of-Event Coordination fee will based on the type of event requested by the client.



PARTIAL EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION

Our partial planning package is designed for clients who need some guidance along their journey in the event planning process. Clients who elect this package, require help with vendor insight, planning advice, timeline, layout and event execution and are mostly comfortable with connecting, inquiring and working directly with their vendors during the process. This package includes the following key services within our standard service areas and upon confirmation of our service agreement.


  • Unlimited phone and email communication with the client
  • 4 in-person client planning meetings (includes 3 venue visits with client)  
  • Any service items from our “Full Event Planning” package listed above


Our partial event planning fee will be based on the type of event and client requirements. Pricing is dependent on the event scope, desired outcome, location(s), services, venue amenities, time of year and guest count. We are happy to provide a custom estimate for our services to our Clients.

“Day-of-Event Coordination” 



À LA CARTE SERVICES

Eventz Host is pleased to offer the following services which may be booked separately after our initial complimentary consultation, charged at an hourly rate.

(minimum 2 hours)

  • EVENT PLANNING CONSULTATIONS - This service is for those clients who need event consultation such as in-person venue assessment, event budget guideline, event timeline / schedule, electronic review of vendor proposals, design advice, logistical advice etc.


  • EXTRA PAIR OF HAND & EYES - This is a special service for those clients who may require an extra pair of hands and eyes to give them company and provide them with unbiased opinion during selection / shopping of gifts, décor, clothing and accessories and any other items of their choices.  


  • MISCELLANEOUS HELP - Other services are offered to help our clients with performance rehearsal coordination/quality checks, seating plan, easel décor, on-line gift registry, Invitation/RSVP management, Bartenders/Wait-staff/Hostesses, Gift wrapping etc.
